Director
With more than 35 years of expertise in
building construction, road development,
and bridge construction, along with
managing various building and road projects,
he possesses extensive knowledge.
Furthermore, he has successfully overseen
the preparation of project reports for
flyovers, bridges, and multi-story buildings,
ensuring adherence to the diverse
parameters established by the Public Works
Department (PWD) of the Maharashtra
government. Additionally, he has a wealth of
experience in PWD project administration.
Swaroop Raipure
Director
With more than 35 years of experience in
building construction, road maintenance,
high-rise building management, structural
audits, and overseeing estimating and billing
procedures, he brings a wealth of expertise.
His background encompasses participation
in Maharashtra government road planning
endeavors and proficient project
management for buildings, roads, and
factories. Additionally, he has hands-on
experience in interior design for buildings
and adept management of both building and
road projects. Culminating his career, he
retired as a Deputy Engineer and Desk
Officer from the Public Works Department
(PWD) of the Government of Maharashtra.
Narayan Basande
Director
With over 35 years of experience in
constructing buildings, roads, and
bridges, as well as managing building and
road projects, He bring a wealth of
expertise to the table. His career
culminated with retirement as a Deputy
Engineer from the Public Works
Department (PWD) of the Government of
Maharashtra.
